This a sample of our daily menu. Availability of some items can change during the week. Our dishes change often, based on what our chefs find at market, what we're inspired by in the moment, what our farmer's grow for us and often the weather. Our cuisine is an extension of our experiences, a reflection of our mood, and sometimes simply what we feel like cooking today. The menu is guided by the principles of taste, technique, freshness and cultural authenticity. We hope you enjoy our take on the modern American kitchen.
